In the Principality of Liechtenstein, hikers and bikers can discover the entire country in just a few days on the Liechtenstein Trail and get to know it in all its depth. The Liechtenstein Trail leads through all 11 municipalities of the country, past idyllic vineyards, nature reserves, old village centres, many sights and is peppered with magnificent views.

The idyllic mountain village of Malbun lies at 1,600 metres above sea level and is the perfect family destination with its dreamy Alpine landscape. The holiday resort, which has been awarded the "Family Destination" seal of quality, has a range of activities tailored to the needs of children, parents and grandparents. Animal experiences such as a hike with llamas and alpacas or a golden eagle make children's hearts beat faster.

Over 400 kilometres of well-developed and signposted hiking trails and mountains up to 2600 metres above sea level attract hikers to the Principality with their beauty. One of the most scenic circular hiking trails is the Fürstin-Gina-Weg, which leads to the Pfälzerhütte at an altitude of 2000 metres. The high-altitude classic via the Fürstensteig and the Three Sisters requires surefootedness and mountain experience. Liechtenstein's "Route 66" leads across the alpine hiking area in three stages.

In addition to excellent gastronomy, there are numerous museums and sights to explore in the capital of Vaduz. There are 6 museums within a few minutes' walk, while a multitude of sculptures can be discovered all around the town. Probably nowhere else can you find so much art and culture in such a small, manageable space.
