Castle path and Känzile

Through the small town of Vaduz, past the princely vines, a well-maintained footpath leads up to Vaduz Castle. Along the path, informative panels tell the history of the country and the princely house. After about 1km you will reach the panoramic terrace "Känzile". Here you have a spectacular view over Vaduz and the Rhine Valley. The path ends on the castle lawn, where every year on August 15th the ceremony for the state holiday is celebrated. From here, the stately seat of the princes presents itself proudly and powerfully.
