To achieve excellence in our cuisine, owner and chef Heiko Krüger relies on regional products, high industry standards and his passion to create culinary delights. Our meat is sourced fresh from Buura Beizli St. Magarethenberg, our fish from Lake Zurich by Stefan Zehnder, and our savory vegetables from Bad Ragaz. All of which can be perfectly paired with one of our fine wines from the Bündner Herrschaft, Liechtenstein or Burgenland Austria.
