Mountain restaurant Sareis
The mountain restaurant Sareis lies on 2000 m abovel sealevel and has one of the most beautiful sun decks in Liechtenstein.
The mountain restaurant's cuisine is based on the principles of slow food: fresh, seasonal ingredients, prepared by hand without additives or flavour enhancers.
From 19 July 2024, there will be a "Chef's Choice Surprise Menu" every Friday. Each course is personally prepared by chef Claudio, with selected ingredients for a unique flavour experience. A surprise menu of up to 10 courses that will enchant your senses and open up new worlds of flavour.
