Relaxing Yoga in the Snow
Yoga in the snow combines the wonderful aspects of yoga with the beauty of Liechtenstein's nature.
This offer includes a leisurely walk to Sass-Seelein combined with simple yoga exercises. The walk is always slightly uphill and takes about 25 minutes. Once you have arrived at the Sass-Seelein, you will be guided through yoga exercises by Sabine Tschol, a qualified yoga teacher, which are also suitable for beginners. A wonderful nature experience that promotes mindfulness, peace and contentment.
Time: On designated Wednesdays from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.
