Picnic route: Sass trail Malbun
The Sass Trail in Malbun is a well-prepared circular hiking trail that is worthwhile in every season.
You start in the centre of Malbun, past the highest church in Liechtenstein. Continue along the Sass path to the Sass lake, where there is a nice picnic area. For another rest, you can walk along the alpine path to Alp Sass, continue down to the Schneeflucht and back to the starting point in Malbun.

Requirement
Hiking trail to Sass lake, then alpine pasture trail, for which sturdy footwear is required.
Up to Sass lake, the hiking trail is also accessible with an all-terrain pushchair.
Barbecue area
There is a public barbecue area at Sass lake. Wood is provided.
