Mulled Gin
Who does not know the well-known mulled wine? But how about a mulled gin for a change? Perfect for a social evening among friends.
Ingredients (for two cups)
- 200ml apple juice
- 200ml orange juice
- 3 sticks of cinnamon
- 3 - 4 cloves
- 2 - 4 star anise
- 50ml gin
Preparation
Put apple juice and orange juice with spices in a saucepan and boil on medium temperature for 15 - 20 minutes.
Add gin and take out spices.
Serve and decorate with an orange slice and a cinnamon stick.
