Vaduz Castle

Vaduz Castle

Vaduz Castle is of symbolic importance as an iconic landmark of the nation of Liechtenstein and of the Liechtenstein monarchy. In 1938, the Liechtenstein Princely Family took up residence at the Castle, which continues to serve as the Reigning Prince’s residence to this day. For this reason, it is not possible to explore the castle itself. Despite this, the exterior is well worth a visit, as is a stroll through the Princely Forest.
